CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

24 HOURS:

I understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Out of respect for myself, and clients, I kindly ask that any changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 75% of the scheduled service cost.

This fee will be charged to the card on file that was used to secure the reservation.

NO-SHOWS:

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total. Clients who are no-show for a rescheduled appointment will be required to pay a 50% deposit to book any future services.

REFUND & SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

NO REFUNDS:

All services provided are non-refundable.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:

-Requests for adjustments must be made within 48 hours of the original appointment.

-The correction must address a service provider error—not a change of preference.

-Meghan will assess and approve all redo requests.

-Adjustments will not be offered more than 5 days after the initial service date.

-No exceptions. No refunds.

GUEST POLICY:

For the comfort of all clients and to maintain a distraction-free environment, I kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. We cannot accommodate extra guests, including children or friends, unless they are receiving a service.
