THIS IS A COLLABORATIVE SPACE

We are proud to offer a welcoming and collaborative space for a variety of independent hair, tattoo, and massage professionals. Each business operating within our space is independently owned and managed. As such, all questions, concerns, and service-related matters should be addressed directly with the individual business providing the service. While we strive to maintain a harmonious environment, we do not oversee the operations, pricing, or policies of independent businesses within our space.


POSITIVITY

Lotus is a positive and inspiring space. Because of this, we ask that there be no political, religious, or inflammatory conversations at any time in the salon. Just as we ask clients to refrain from these topics, we promise to do the same. In these trying times, we want Lotus to be the one place to come to get away from all the negative noise.


THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SPACE

Any service provider who feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully is authorized to stop the treatment immediately. We believe in creating mutually respectful relationships and have the right to refuse any service.


DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE 

We do not allow any drugs or alcohol in our space or on our premises, please do not come into Lotus intoxicated. This impacts your service provider's ability to deliver a quality service with the desired outcome. If you are under the influence and not able to behave appropriately, we will ask you to leave and you will be charged for the full price of your session.


CHILDREN UNDER 16 POLICIES

To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our clients, WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO ACCOMPANY PARENTS TO THEIR APPOINTMENTS. It is simply not a safe environment for children. Children under the age of 16 may book salon services, but they must stay under the supervision of an adult who is required to be with them the entire time.


EXTRA PEOPLE

We ask that you come to your appointment alone. We can not accommodate anyone not receiving a service.


PERSONAL ITEMS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.


CELL PHONES

To ensure you receive the full attention you deserve and to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone, we ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate, avoid using speakerphone, and refrain from listening to videos at an audible volume. Please keep conversations quiet in our waiting area or take them outside.


OUR SERVICES

We aim to give you the best possible experience. We will take the time to read your consultation forms, listen to you during the in-person consultation, and assess what would work best for you. We are well-trained and knowledgeable. If a certain style or service will not work well for you, or may compromise the integrity of your hair/body/tattoo, we may decline to perform that service.


PRICING

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Each of our professionals sets their own pricing, which may vary based on experience, expertise, and service offerings. While we make every effort to keep our website and salon menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


NO REFUNDS 

All services are non-refundable.


ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN CARRY AND/OR FIREARMS IN OUR BUILDING.
